​Tim has been a lawyer since 1997.  He started Resolution Legal Melbourne in 2017 after working for a number of law firms in Geelong, the Goulburn Valley and Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.

Tim is an Accredited Mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation Standards and a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.   He is also an Accredited Commercial Litigation Specialist.

Sarah is an experienced lawyer, who started practice in 1999.  She has worked with Victoria Legal Aid, community legal services and in private practice.  Sarah is passionate about fair and equitable access to justice, and she understands the life-changing impacts criminal charges can have.  She is thorough, compassionate and dedicated to helping her clients achieve exceptional outcomes.
